1. Who you are contracting with
Readings and consultations are provided by Klara (“Magic Klara”), based in Slovenia, European Union. Written enquiries: pozdrav@magicklara.si.
2. What a reading is
A Jyotish reading is a consulting and educational service. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace professional care. Nothing in a reading is a guarantee of a future outcome; all decisions and their consequences remain yours.
3. Booking and delivery
Sessions are held on Zoom in English, scheduled in Central European Time (CET/CEST, Ljubljana). After payment you receive a confirmation and available times. Written materials (PDF reports, recordings) are delivered by email, usually within seven days of the session.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros (EUR) and your card is charged in EUR — your bank may apply its own conversion rate. Card payments are processed by Stripe; card details never reach this website. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase.
5. Rescheduling and cancellation
You may reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time. For later changes or a missed session I can offer a new time at my discretion. If I need to cancel, you choose between a new time and a full refund.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because a reading is prepared personally for you, the right of withdrawal ends once the preparation or the session has begun with your express consent, which you give when you book a specific time.
7. Recordings and copyright
Materials are for your personal use. Please do not publish or resell recordings, reports or written interpretations without written permission.
8. Complaints and law
Write to pozdrav@magicklara.si and I will answer within eight days. Slovenian law applies, without limiting the consumer rights you hold in your own country of residence.
