What I collect and why

• Booking data — name, email, optional phone, your question: to prepare and hold the session (performance of a contract).
• Birth data — date, time and place of birth: the basis of the reading, used only for your chart (consent, given in the booking form).
• Newsletter — email and optional name, with the segment you signed up through (consent, withdrawable at any time).
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. I see the status of a payment, never your card number.

Processors

The website and database run on European infrastructure; payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe; sessions take place on Zoom; newsletters are sent from my own mail infrastructure. Each processor receives only the data it needs.

Retention

Booking and birth data are kept for five years so we can build on earlier readings, unless you ask for erasure sooner. Accounting records are kept for the statutory period. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, withdraw consent, and object to processing. Write to pozdrav@magicklara.si; I reply within a month. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority — in Slovenia, the Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).

Confidentiality

Your birth data and everything you share in a session stay between us. They are never sold, published or shared with third parties for marketing.
