Karma · symbols · awareness

A karma reading reveals the story. You write the next chapter.

A personal karma reading combines the astrological symbols of your birth chart with intuitive interpretation. It explores the themes you carry with you, what is ready to come to a close and which quality is seeking to mature through you.

What You Take Away

Deep insight that leaves your free will intact.

  • The central karmic theme of your birth chart.
  • The significance of Rahu and Ketu (the lunar nodes), Saturn and important relationships between the planets.
  • A pattern worth bringing into awareness at this stage of your life.
  • A grounded question or practice for further personal reflection.
01

The karmic axis

The lunar nodes symbolically describe the tension between what feels familiar and the direction of growth. The reading explores both poles without labelling either as good or bad.

02

Relationships as mirrors

Significant bonds often bring our deepest themes to the surface. We look at what you seek in a relationship, what you protect yourself from and how you can create greater freedom.

03

Gift and shadow

Every strong potential also has an unconscious side. Recognising both allows you to use your gift consciously, without repeating an old response.

04

The present moment

The reading does not stop at the past. The most important question is how you can put this understanding into practice today, in your relationship with yourself and others.

How the Consultation Works

From a question to a clearer path

01

You send your birth details and one to three questions that matter most to you at the moment.

02

Klara prepares a symbolic overview of your chart and identifies the threads that connect meaningfully with your questions.

03

During a personal consultation, you receive an interpretation, have the opportunity to ask further questions and leave with a closing focus for your own reflective work.

The science of light

Jyotish means “the science of light” in Sanskrit. In the Vedas, it is called the eye of the Vedas because it helps us see a path when we feel lost. It rests on the belief that our karma is connected to the positions of the planets and stars — the birth chart is therefore a map of the karma we bring into this life.

Why it differs from Western astrology

The Earth wobbles slightly as it rotates — this is called precession. As a result, the sky shifts by roughly one degree every 72 years. Vedic astrology accounts for this shift and calculates using the actual positions of the stars, while Western astrology retains the older, symbolic division. This is why your Sun sign in Jyotish is often different — and why daily newspaper horoscopes have nothing to do with this tradition.

Destiny and free will

According to the Vedas, two forces shape our future: destiny and free will. Destiny is the circumstances we encounter. Free will is how we respond to them. Every response creates new karma — so through our choices, we shape our own future circumstances. Astrology shows us the map, but we choose the path ourselves.

The four aims of life

The Vedas recognise four aims of life: dharma — living in harmony with your nature; artha — security and resources; kama — joy and desire; and moksha — inner freedom. Your birth chart helps you understand where you are on this journey and how to direct your energy towards what brings the greatest meaning.

Astrological and karmic insights are intended for self-understanding and personal reflection. They do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, nor do they determine an unchangeable future.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before we meet

Is a karma reading the same as fortune-telling?

No. It does not predict inevitable events, but explores symbols, patterns and the ways you can respond consciously.

Can we do the reading remotely?

Yes, the consultation can take place remotely. When you enquire, you can agree on the format and a suitable time.

What if an interpretation frightens me?

The purpose of the reading is not to frighten you. Symbols are presented in context, as opportunities for understanding and growth, never as a judgement or an event that is certain to happen.
